QB Ken Dorsey gets his first start since Nov. 27, 2005, a sign of how far the Browns have fallen from their lofty preseason expectations. At one point, the Browns appeared to have two of the top young quarterbacks in the league; now they have Dorsey, who is 2-8 in 10 career starts.
