GARY BLOCKUS' NFL POWER RANKINGS
The state of Ohio must be brimming with pride this week after its losers got lucky last week. The Browns won in Buffalo for a nice upset when yet another Bills kicker missed a late field goal, and the Bengals shocked the NFL by tying the Philadelphia Eagles . Donovan McNabb added to that shock by admitting he wasn't aware ties were possible in the NFL.

Team (Record) ? Last week ? Comments

1. Tennessee Titans (10-0) ? 1 ? Three Kerry Collins TD passes extended the Titans' club-record regular-season unbeaten streak to 13.

2. New York Giants (9-1) ? 2 ? Brandon Jacobs, Derrick Ward, Ahmad Bradshaw ? enough said, even with a Jacobs MRI on his knee.

3. Carolina Panthers (8-2) ? 3 ? DeAngelo Williams and Jonathan Steward combined for 250 rushing yards and three TDs vs. the Lions, but a big test awaits in Atlanta.

4. Pittsburgh Steelers (7-3) ? 4 ? Neither snow, nor cold nor San Diego Chargers could stop a Steelers team that could not score a TD at home.

5. Arizona Cardinals (7-3) ? 6 ? Kurt Warner and his four straight 300-yard passing games return to the desert to take on NFC-best Giants.

6. New York Jets (7-3) ? 9 ? Jay Feely -- not A.J. Feeley -- led his team to a victory in New England.

7. Dallas Cowboys (6-4) ? 12 ? Beating the Redskins in Washington makes the Cowboys the scariest 6-4 team in the NFL.

8. Denver Broncos (6-4) ? 10 ? Jay Cutler outdueled Atlanta rookie Matt Ryan last week and will get a chance to beat up on the Raiders this Sunday.

9. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (7-3) ? 11 ? Jeff Garcia's determination on the winning drive for Matt Bryant's game-winning field goal vs. Minnesota had to make Eagles fans jealous.

10. Atlanta Falcons (6-4) ? 7 ? Matt Ryan needs to be at his best when NFC South leader Carolina comes to town.

11. New England Patriots (6-4) ? 8 ? Looking to rebound and gain revenge in Miami after a few extra days' rest following home loss to the Jets.

12. Washington Redskins (6-4) ? 5 ? Jim Zorn returns home to Seattle to take on mentor Mike Holmgren, who is not faring so well against former assistants this season.

13. Baltimore Ravens (6-4) ? 13 ? John Harbaugh welcomes old boss Andy Reid to Baltimore this weekend; hope it's a big buffet table.

14. Indianapolis Colts (6-4) ?14 ? Joseph Addai needs to follow up his 100-yard rushing effort this Sunday night in San Diego if the Colts are to win a fourth straight.

15. Buffalo Bills (5-5) ? 17 ? Bills are just 3-2 in Orchard Park, so they are looking forward to the trip to Kansas City.

16. Minnesota Vikings (5-5) ? 18 ? With a 1-4 record on the road, the trip to Jacksonville will be anything but sunny.

17. Green Bay Packers (5-5) ? 19 ? Pack is 4-4 in the NFC and looking to move over .500 in both overall and in the conference with a win in New Orleans.

18. Chicago Bears (5-5) ? 16 ? Suffered first NFC North loss last week, but a trip to hapless St. Louis should be a cure for what ails Da Bears.

19. Philadelphia Eagles (5-4-1) ? 15 ? Andy Reid's playcalling and Donovan McNabb's knowledge of the rules are playing like an old Patsy Cline hit song: "I Fall To Pieces."

20. New Orleans Saints (5-5) ? 20 ? Jeremy Shockey is itching to bust a big one when Drew Brees finds him.

21. Miami Dolphins (6-4) ? 22 ? Chad Pennington gets to prove just how real the Dolphins are when he hosts the Patriots on Sunday with second place in the AFC East on the line.

22. Jacksonville Jaguars (4-6) ? 21 ? Jacksonville is becoming a Jackson hole, at least in the NFL.

23. San Diego Chargers (4-6) ? 23 ? Host the Colts in a must-win Sunday night game.

24. Cleveland Browns (4-6) ? 25 ? Brady Quinn went 14-for-36 for 185 yards to earn his first career win thanks to five Phil Dawson field goals.

25. Houston Texans (3-7) ? 24 ? Winless on the road (0-5) heading into Cleveland.

26. San Francisco 49ers (3-7) ? 29 ? Shaun Hill led a 28-point second quarter vs. the Rams, but will be under the gun vs. the hungry Cowboys.

27. Seattle Seahawks (2-8) ? 26 ? Mike Holmgren is doing everything in his power to make sure the Seahawks are in great drafting position for the new administration.

28. St . Louis Rams (2-8) ? 27 ? The Jim Haslett era started off so promising, but the Rams are minus-173 in points scored, almost 40 more than Detroit.

29. Oakland Raiders (2-8) ? 28 ? Johnnie Lee Higgins had better keep running to escape this mess of a team, which is 1-4 on the road heading into Mile High City.

30. Kansas City Chiefs (1-9) ? 30 ? Larry Johnson is back on the field, but we're still waiting for his head to join him.

31. Cincinnati Bengals (1-8-1) ? 31 ? Chad Ocho Cinco may draw the attention, but it's Ocho Quatro (T.J. Houshmandzadeh) making all the plays.

32. Detroit Lions (0-10) ? 32 ? And the beating goes on.
